I am 7 months out from my sleeve and can tell you it is the hardest best journey I have ever taken. I feel so much better already. I am learning that this is my journey. If you compare yourself to everyone else, it sets you up for a lot of self doubt. So thankful I made this decision.

I found myself super hungry and not losing. I bumped myself from 1200 to 1400 cal/day and actually started losing more. And when i work out heavily, I will allow myself a couple hundred extra if i am hungry. It seemed to help me. That calorie count seems really low. Good luck!!

I use the anti-aging and multi vitamin patches in different places, and rotate the places every day. For example, one to each arm on Monday, one to each breast on Tuesday, etc. I haven't had any lab deficiencies and my anemia that I had prior to surgery (and the patches), has resolved. I practice as an Internal Medicine physician and although I have no affiliation with PatchMD, the idea of using impregnated Patches with vitamins...or other medicines, is not new and is well studied.
