BARIATRIC VITAMINS

Hey guys and gals. I'm wondering what brand of vitamins everyone takes. I'm still having thin hair loss issues after 1 year. I take 5000mcg biotin, calcium, b-12, biotin shampoo. The Bariatric vitamins were making me nauseated and I would vomit them within minutes of taking them so I stopped. Surgeon said to double up on multivitamins. But I'm thinking I need to try again to see if it helps my hair. Any suggestions?

I love Bariatric Advantage chewables. They are very similar to Starbursts!

I take these, but citrus or strawberry flavor.

I also take 2500 mg. of biotin with gummies per day.

I recently switched to the patch md. I'm not going to tell my nutritionist bc she told me not to use the patch. But I had so much nausea in the mornings when I would take my vitamins and they told me before surgery to take with food that's why. But it only got worse after surgery so I couldn't even take them. I wad told chewable for 3 mos then can take regular vitamins. Is that what everyone else understands? I had the sleeve.

Had anyone tried barimelts? I know I take the disposable b12 and biotin and do fine with them. I just don't want to keep wasting money on vitamins with trial and error.

I went to natural grocers today and bought a chewable children's vitamin. They had so many choices. I've been using b12 sublingual liquid for years- $6 at Walmart. I also got a liquid calcium with d at natural grocers.

I haven't had my sleeve yet but I love b12 shots. I already have an issue absorbing sublinguals. I just give myself a shot once a week.

Do you have to have a rx for the shots?

Ya, I get the rx for vials and needles from my PCP. I think you can also buy them from some medi-spas cause I've seen them advertised on living social or Groupon.
