BARIATRIC VITAMINS

Hey guys and gals. I'm wondering what brand of vitamins everyone takes. I'm still having thin hair loss issues after 1 year. I take 5000mcg biotin, calcium, b-12, biotin shampoo. The Bariatric vitamins were making me nauseated and I would vomit them within minutes of taking them so I stopped. Surgeon said to double up on multivitamins. But I'm thinking I need to try again to see if it helps my hair. Any suggestions?

I found that my hair loss stopped once I started getting a B12 shot and increased my protein. Hope this helps
