I can't believe that the big day is almost here!! Any other Tijuana sleeves?? I have been researching like crazy and am so happy that it's approaching! My date is 7/15!!!

I am also feeling down today. I have so many reasons to be thankful but I can't help but feel alone. My neighbors invited our film of four over. They had all kinds of bbq (burgers, hot dogs), ribs, pork steaks,etc) and delicious looking sides. While my kids and husband ate, I made up an excuse to leave. I was seriously tempted when o got back home but made a salad instead. I started feeling really down on myself because I can't even enjoy time with the neighbors. So much of my life has been good, but I am 250 lbs for that reason!
I said all of that to say that you are definitely not alone. I'm feeling the same way. I am on week 2 of my diet. I hope it all gets better!!

I feel like everyone loves the ready to drink Premier Protein shakes and I think they're AWFUL! I really find it shocking how many people like them. I just got some Syntrax Nectar in fuzzy navel, vanilla bean torte and chocolate truffle and they all are AMAZING!! Heads and tails above Premier Protein. They are all very mild in flavor and don't have that thick, sickening sweet taste that Premier Protein has. The fuzzy navel is probably the best of the three because it's nice to have a refreshing flavored Protein Drink. I will probably buy the wild cherry flavor too, just to add some more fruity variety. I found the Syntrax nectar cheapest on vitacost.com. I'm pretty certain these are the only Proteins I will drink anymore and I'm so glad I took the leap of faith to buy them.

I do a chocolate Protein Powder mixed with a sugar free caramel Syrup and it's delicious!

I had some trouble drinking them, but part of it was because I got so bored.

Ugh I hate the Protein shakes. I use the powdered body fortress vanilla and chocolate flavors and if I drink more than 2 a day I get diarrhea.
