  1. Have to go back to the basics. Eat small meals. 5-6 times a day. Even if it's every 1.5 hours. Get the Protein in. Go to Vitamin shoppe or GNC and get a post workout muscle recovery. Add it to your Water when you go to the gym so you're not sore afterwards. Force yourself to wake up early and work out before work. If you want something DIFFERENT you will have to DO something DIFFERENT. I make about 3 different meals on Sunday. Cool chicken sausage to eat for Breakfast and whenever I need something small to eat. I also eat the new quacker (10g of protein) instant oatmeal ( have an extra box at work), boil eggs to keep in the fridge and eat on the go. Prepare tupperware of small salads and chicken breast ready for lunch. Get a scale and portion control is key. Good luck

    Scars be gone

Has anyone had any luck on reducing the appearance of their scars. Want to wear a bikini without the world knowing I had surgery.

    Gas!

So I'm 5 days post op. Still sore when I move, can bend down and it's hard to sleep on my side. But that's not the problems. I'm having a hard time getting protein in. EVERY time I take a sip of water or shake I get gassy and bloated. Water makes me have gas. It's so uncomfortable. I take 2. 20 min walks min a day. And I walk up and down the driveway in between that and I still have gas. Any suggestions?

  13. Listen. I just had my surgery on Monday. Trust me when say drinking is a big problem for me. Just think about the long term and not the short term. You WILL be as to drink again you just have to wait. I'm in my early 30's, I don't party like I did when I was 21 because my fun is more sitting at the bar/house/porch/ backyard drinking! Just think about how much FUN you will have 6 months from now. Or next summer when you can be on someone's island in a thong bikini(my goal) lol. Monday 6/8 before surgery i was 5,2 225 today 6/12 I am 211. #youCanDoIt
  14. To most people "I'm not THAT big", and they're right I'm not compared to someone most. My mother doesn't think or understand why I am getting this done. I'm 5'2 225. I carry my weight well in my opinion and hers but I'm just tired of the struggle. Wish me luck.
  15. My surgery is tomorrow and all I can think of is "where is my drink". I know I won't have a hard time not eating. It's cookout season, which is social time which means the same thing as drinking time. ???? . I just have to remember that in order to get different results in going to have to do something different. Wish me luck!
