Gas!

So I'm 5 days post op. Still sore when I move, can bend down and it's hard to sleep on my side. But that's not the problems. I'm having a hard time getting protein in. EVERY time I take a sip of water or shake I get gassy and bloated. Water makes me have gas. It's so uncomfortable. I take 2. 20 min walks min a day. And I walk up and down the driveway in between that and I still have gas. Any suggestions?

I dont have my surgery until Monday but with all I'm seeing gas x strips are helpful.

After my C-sections and hysterectomy, I used to sit in my rocking chair. LOL. I know it sounds old lady-ish but it really works in helping the gas move around and escape your body.
