  1. From what I've read in different threads agonists everyone goes through this at some point... But one lady who had super success was in the gym for days a week and almost starving... Lol I'm gonna try that too jump start my body again... Although I do see body changes despite the stall.. My waist is getting smaller and smaller
  2. I think the gym is gonna help... I'm due to start Monday
  3. I agree... But I think head work should be an ongoing part of recovery at least first six weeks
  4. I'm going back on your diet... Lol I think I was eating to heavy and got stalled... Smh
  5. I'm putting it back on.. I brought it up at support group tonight .. It sucks at first but once you get used to it it helps... Even with hunger
  6. My surgery was may 27th as well and I'm eating regular food... Just soft regular foods... My body does tell me if it doesn't like sumthin... Lol and orange juice made me vomit immediately! But it's just trial and error... Trust your body
  7. I'm two weeks out and haven't been using my binder.. Do you guys still use???
  8. Glad to hear from you guys cuz I stalled out to!!! TWO weeks after losing 23 pounds... Thought I was doing sumthin wrong with adding new food

  10. I'm not really emotional about it at all... But what I do feel is done resentment at not being able to eat what I want!!! My emotional bond with food was strong and I am struggling to break up with it...
  11. I still get hungry ... Lol I'm 14 days post op... And I battle my head daily to my new body... My head wants to eat the same thing as before surgery and the cravings are real!!! But it's a lifestyle change not a race... So daily I teach myself and discipline my self to my new reality... And in the end, I'll be brand new both inside and out!
  12. How much weight have you lost so far ¿ I'm getting better with my fluids.. All extra hungry at night though
  13. I've been lucky.. I love cheese.. Hasn't bothered me at all, but it was melted cheddar in potatoes

  15. Just wondering are we supposed to eat every time we're hungry even if it's late at night? Going into day 11...thinking I'll get some sugar free jello or sumthin

  17. I am craving bread, especially deep dish pizza!!! So I'm feeling you... Wonder do we get to eat bread again

  22. I'm 9 days in and still loopy...lol just feel slightly off and not quite all there ????
  23. My fiance stayed with me day of surgery and next day.. Then son stayed next three days, then fiancé next two days... It was great to have someone to get this for you and help you get around... Remember not to bend or try to lift anything !
  24. Walking is the best... I also tried teaspoon of lemon juice and then teaspoon of baking soda later... Helped a lot to belch
