  1. Thanks so much for the feedback... I forget my Stomach is still swollen! I will work on getting those liquids!!
  2. My fitness pal says I'm not saying enough calories daily... Surgery was 5/27 and I'm not getting more than 500 calories per day... It is a struggle to drink and get the protein down... 18 pounds lost so far...then when I eat soft foods, stomach is irritated and when I drink, I feel life in stretching my stomach!! Thoughts?
  3. Are you getting enough nutrition? My surgery date was 5/27 and I've lost 18 pounds so far but I'm scared I'm not getting enough calories
  4. Once that "bubble" pops you'll feel a lot better.. Takes a couple days to get that Co 2 outta your system.. Walk as much as you can
