I hit my first goal...

So when I received my surgery date (4/15/15), I set my first goal at 50 lbs by my birthday. I've been working hard. Today is my birthday and .......... I hit exactly 50 lbs today!! I am so excited. The first 40 was easy, but with a week and a half stall, I was scared I wouldn't make it. My next goal is 30 lbs by August for my class reunion.

Funny we just had a discussion about this at dinner. I don't think I am.I need more protein. I'm going to try adding a shake in the afternoon. I'm eating such a small amount. My mother gives me grief about it. I try really hard, bit I feel like I'm full. I rarely say I'm hungry.
