Hi Everyone, checking into the hospital in an hour. Surgery is tomorrow morning May 26th. Just wanted to wish everyone all the best. Hope that our ops go smoothly and our recovery is quick.???????? Keep in touch post op. Who else has surgery this week? Also thank you for all the support on this forum, it has been a true blessing.????

Hi everyone, also on the 26th... We are almost there, it's so difficult especially the all liquids but we have done it this far... Just a few more days. Want to say good luck and God Bless to all of us. We can do this!

Mine is May 26th also. On a complete liquid diet this week. Previous 2 weeks liquids plus one small meal of lean chicken and very low carb veg but no fruit. (So I could take antibiotics) Just a few days to go, I know it's not easy but we are almost there. Good luck.????

Try cinnamon sticks in your decaf tea or fresh mint. Makes a bit of a difference.

On my pre op as well. Completely liquids for the next 7 days, was doing shakes and one small meal for the last 2 weeks. It's not easy. I focus on the benefits and why I'm doing this. Made some friends on here and it helps a lot to have a buddy or 2. Good luck.????
