  3. Hey everyone! I am 10 days post op and I'm kind of scared with the way I am tolerating food so well. By no means do I ever wish to have dumping syndrome, but in the back of my head I am always prepared. At this point I am in the soft food stage and I have eaten things that I would have eaten normally before surgery without a problem whatsoever. Although I am only able to eat a very little amount and feel satisfied and I don't gorge myself like I used to, it still just doesn't seem right that I can be tolerating so well. I know you're probably thinking "well don't eat it if you feel guilty then" but that's not it, I just wonder if this is normal for some? Especially so soon after surgery.
