I am one week out,,,,,,,the first few days were tough,,,,,not sure I expected it to be so painful........ After four days of everything tasting terrible,and absolutely no desire to eat,,,,,,,I found 2nd stage baby food,,,,,,It tastes delicious. I am hooked!!!! the fruits,,,veggies and combo meals have made my tummy so happy,,,,,,I know it sounds weird but try it My new tummy Loves the stuff I am so glad to be home and since the baby food I have so much more energy.........Life is Good

The day is almost here!!!!!! Just a few more hours to wait,,,,,,,,I am very excited and very nervous at the same time

I started my 12 day pre-op Protein shakes 2 days ago,,,,,,,,,I spent quite alot of time researching them all........ I am using Super Advanced 100% Protein Isolate, chocolate flavor,,,,,,,1 scoop has30g of protein and less than 3g of carbs........even the calorie count is good at 120.........The taste is very good,,,,,no powder after taste,,,,,,,,the very best part is it is under $20.00 at Walmart...............The comperable powders were way to expensive......... for my budget

2nd day of pre-op shakes and Water.........Doc is allowing one apple each day Never enjoyed an apple so much......June 9th seems along time away on this diet Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the Spring weather,,,

I am also scheduled for June 9th. May 27th is my last appointment,,,I think I will be put on Protein shakes then.......... I have a severe bleeding disorder so they have been giving me platelet tranfusions weekly to prepare me for June 9th....................
