Heavyb me too. The shakes aren't really cutting it for me. I was sleeved the 8th so almost 2 weeks

My doctor said 6 weeks. Just walking for now

I can relate. I was supposed to have surgery initially in February and my levels came back super low. I had 5 Iron Infusions and 3 iron pills per day. I was just checked again and I am still a little low but not enough to prevent my surgery on Monday. It's tough but you will feel so much better when they are back to normal

I have surgery on Monday at 1045. I am on a 2 day all liquid diet starting tomorrow. It's getting real

My date is June 9th!!

I am so glad to see this post too. I have been going back and forth on whether to do sleeve or bypass.

I just tried mint cookie and it tastes like a girl scout thin mint cookie. I mixed it with milk. Tried Roadside Lemonade and it's ok. Taste is good but i hate the weird Protein smell. If you can get away with not smelling it Its ok

I also have been struggling to find something I love. Midi g my powders with milk helps for sure but I will try that Premier Protein

Just got my surgery date. June 9th. So excited

This is my first post. I am looking at a June date too. I can't wait! I got all my testing done and then got my blood tests back and found out I was severely anemic which pushed my date back quite a bit. I had 5 Iron Infusions. I met with my OB/Gyn and found out I had a softball sized fibroid and an enlarged uterus. Long story short. I just had a hysterectomy 6 weeks ago and my doctor just cleared me to go forward with surgery finally!! I don't know the exact date yet just know it will be June.

That does not sound fun at all. I am doing Breakfast and lunch shakes to get myself adapted to them and just a light dinner. Do the best you can.
