When did you start working out again after being sleeved? I'm 3 weeks post-op. My surgeon said no exertion until 6 weeks out, but I've heard of some people on here going back to the gym at 3 weeks or so. How much walking were you able to get in before going back to workouts? I'm 23 and at a fairly new job that's over an hour commute from my house (and gym). The 10k steps we're supposed to get a day seem impossible to me right now, time-wise and just weight-wise. Anybody think they did well with workout progression after surgery - if so, how? I.e. you went from almost sedentary to someone who works out regularly?
