id never do it but think its so stupid what some people have to pay for a fill,i think after all the money some pay for lap band the first year should be free foir fills,it really cant cost that much for the stuff in the filljust like i had to pay 400 for classes after lap band i feel should have been my choice,i never went to any of the classes so feel i got that money stolen,in a way.if i didnt pay i couldnt get the lap band

i just got back from my walk but the nurse at my lap band clinic lives by me she said clear liquids 3 days then try mushies,but if not just get a slight un fill,she said it happens to people who havent had a fill in along time even.they dont really know why,anyway she was right i did clear 3 days and im fine now,i wouldnt get mine out tho.see yr dr if the clear liquids dont work

i had same problem for a few weeks,my lap band nurse lives in my sub,anyway i saw her when i was walking she told me to do clear liquids 3 days,then 3 days mushies then food,and it worked 3rd day i was fine,and now i can eat ,saved me a trip.maybe yours is worse but i was throwing up and stuff,she told me she know people whove had fills for mo nths and then this starts to happen and usually it worksd what she told me to do,in my case it did.she said if u get to the mushie stage and still throwing up then see dr,

im a slow loser to,i think some drs give big fills where as mine didnt,i could only get a fill every 8 weeks,some people get them every month,i think it makes a bigg differance.i walk 3 miles s everyday and i dont cheat.ive not missed 1 day of walking since i got mine,i think im at sweet spot now and im starting to lose faster now

my lap band place the people there did all the insirance stuff,finally my dr put it was medically ness i was approved nxt day.how long have u been over weight?your dr can help u to,the seminar i went first and they told me what i needed to be approved,your insurance card u should show them.my dr gave me the letter and she sent a medical ness thing to the lap band dr,hope that helps

ive had that problem to.i didnt get a unfiill but i notice in am i drink siomething hot,and take small sips im better then during day .also i think i was taking to big gulps of water.seems some days better than others im not getting another fill for a while,i made it for 2 months from last one and think ill wait longer,hope u feel better,i just notice in am hot is better and i slow down drinking.i got pepto and that seems to help alot

omg i sent for some protien samples called great protein i ihavent mixed it yet but it smellss so good cant wait to try it says can mix with water or lowfat milk yummy

its like 7 month make sure u do i thought i had done 6 and it was 1 short i payed for 6 tho,but in the end all my dr had to do was write it was medically ness and i was aproved that day

i love the peanut butter cookie shake,i ordered it 2 weeks ago,got here yesterday.thing was it said was in stock and then took 2 weeks to get,when i ordered unjury they was great answered any email i sent them,so the on ly thing im disapointed in is the customer service for the inspire pb protien mix the shakes great,also they was surpose to send me a free bottle o yeah and it hasnt come either for being so late on shipping my stuff.i called she said they was sending it but still hasnt come ,but as far as a great shake its good
