Congratulations to you both, @wascott and @salonmom! Wascott, I hear you on the exhaustion, I know I started to feel a million times better about a month out, but the first few weeks are definitely healing time for your body. But 2 1/2 months out I was back to walking 4 miles a day and feeling great about the whole process. Congratulations and keep up the good work!

I hope I get that energy back. I've been doing some walks on the treadmill but I'm really dragging. I appreciate your insights.
