  1. I had the issue with the calcium. I spoke with my NUT n she switched me to the chewy starburst like calcium. She also said I could switch to the capsule but I'm almost 2 months post op. You should contact ur nut n inform them of your issue.

  7. I call my pouch "grumpy". I've been "foaming" & puking. What do u take or drink when ur pouch is upset. Before surgery Id run to ginger all or 7up. Now I'm lost and uncomfortable at work. Plz help!!
  8. I'm having a lot of the same issues. Fluids, protein, Vitamins & food. It's one hellova struggle. Today my pouch is angry and I've drank prolly too fast because it was hot out and I worked outside and now I can't stop foaming n puking. 5 hours later I'm still miserable. Hang in there miss lady.
  9. This may be a "stupid" question but how do u could calories if you are only taking a few bites of food at each meal?

  14. How far out are you? I'll make sure I don't hop in the tub before its time. I'll be 4weeks on Wednesday.
  15. #1 I just came from the movie theatre and I didn't have to sit down at an angle to fit in the seat. #2 I put on my bra and instead of using the last hooks I was able to go to the first set of hooks... (Almost time for bra shopping) so excited
  16. @ ????????I miss the tub, my body has been so sore and my bath salts have been calling my name
  17. I just removed mine 2 nights ago and I'm almost 3 weeks out. I had the bypass so I'm not sure if that makes a difference. I wish I would of waited to take off my bandage on my larger incision.
  18. How soon after surgery did u eat something sweet? I was craving ice cream but I chose not to indulge. Today I want a blueberry muffin. Please help!!!
