  1. @@akreese02 How many pounds have you lost since surgery? If you don't mind me asking?
  2. Doctor said at my 4 week that they would love to see me at at least 1000 calories and at that time I was barely staring mushy foods so I figured 1000-1200 was okay. I think I will go back to liquids for a while while. Bad news is since my appetite picked back up going back to liquids will be a struggle for me. But I am going to try that! Thanks!
  3. I am almost 3 months post-op and I have seen a definite increase in appetite within the last week. I want to eat all the time - obviously just a small portion makes me full but Is this normal? I am finally able to eat 1000-1200 calories a day of food, but I am not losing weight, and have not in what seems like the past 2 weeks. I have also had a hard time finding time to actively walk with my 2 toddlers. Help?! I am scared that since picking up my appetite I will stretch my sleeve or gain/stop losing weight. Again... Is this normal?
