  1. I am 5'10'.. I have been searching for a person as tall as me. I am there toooooo! 275 and stuck at 190! My one year is April 29th. Trying and sticking to my protein! I am looking to reach my goal of 150 lbs. PM me anytime!!!
  2. It's a lifetime change... Not a change and go back to old habits. You must be ready to change forever and make proper choices. It's your life... Change for your life.

  4. LMAO! I felt and still fell this way about Marie Osmond!!!! LOL!!!!! It gets way better after you surpass their weight loss ....
  5. Spicy did not agree with me anymore, but at 4 weeks..... I can and still can eat a piece. So I make it hamachi!
  6. Get a fake one until you loose your weight, then have your ring resized.
  7. I took FMLA I WAS OUT 2weeks and was glad I did not rush anything.
  8. I did not tell anyone!! 1 year out and I am good with my decision.
  9. I am 1 Year out on the 29th of April. You have to keep to the program. Measure everything protein first. Eat the correct portions to get back on track. Remember surgery is not the miracle, it is a start. You must stick to the plan.

  12. Omgoodness i am in the same boat. Same situation. My water intake could be a bit more I must say, my protein is good and so is exercise. Even trying to up my water... which is hard, I'm drinking about 1/2 to 3/4 gallon. Sometimes I feel like I cannot take it.

  14. Still 199.0 but seem to be loosing inches. I love body adjustment time! My clothes fit differently
  15. I only let 2 friends know and some of my family. I felt this was a private decision for me. I only needed and wanted the support of the ones I knew I could count on. Still nobody knows and I like it Like that. It brought my husband and i incredibly close. Its Like our thing. And he helps me succeed. I am down 76-77 lbs and he knows my short term goals and helps me with meals and exercise. Its your decision, a private decision. What you decide will be the right choice for you. Good luck to you! This surgery saved my life!

  17. HALLELUJAH! ONEDERLAND! it's great to see it on the scale! Even if it's by an ounce! 199.9... my final!!
  18. 1- I waited about 6 - 8 weeks 2- I have had no medical issues at all. And alcohol do not effect my surgery. 3- I have not gained any weight attributed to alcohol, I'm down 75 lbs. And still loosing!! 4- I'm not an alcoholic! And have not developed alcoholism.. lol I'm not addicted. I enjoy spirits. And I drink coffee too!
