    Im 5 months post op surgery and experiencing a substantial amount of hair loss. Any suggestions on how to repair or stop this from happening.

    Yes I excerise 4 times a week, swimming, yoga, trainer and another day on the floor with what the trainer taught me.

    I drink water all day long. The only carb I might have is a cracker or so with my Tuna or ham and cheese. If I snack it is fruit or vegetables.

    Hello I'm 9 weeks out from surgery. I'm only 30lbs down and I can't seem to get over this hurdle. Do you stay completely away from carbs?
