  1. Hang in there. I myself have been emotional as well. I believe our hormones are all crazy after surgery. Think positive believe you will do. You will have your ups and downs but you will be successful.

  4. How do I control my mind wanting to eat it all? I have lost about 50 pounds in 4 months and I feel great but I feel I'm falling off. I love sweets and I can't keep them out of my mouth. This makes me feel like such a disappointment. I want to be healthy but how do I stay focused on the altamente goal. If losing the weight and feeling good doesn't keep me on track what will.

    How depressing I gained 3 pounds!!! First time I gained sense I got operated. I do know that I was a terrible eater this week and havent been able to work out for two weeks

    First time I do a challenge. Excited!! My current weight is 223 and my goal weight will be to loss 12 pounds and be at 211.

    Thanks for thr motivation!! I have been doing well with everything else. Just sometimes I slip up but its more of a snack then anything. I always have my protein first. I have been doing two protein shakes a day and one actual meal. Next time I am going to do just the topping the crust does make me feel full and I can feel full for the rest of the day. I really want to try and not have these snacks but its hard. My mind tells me to have it I eat it and feel terrible after like a failure.
  12. I got sleeved on December 22 and have lost 50 pounds. I'm struggling to not go to my bad habits. I don't do fast food but am very weak with pizza. Cut a slice in have and make myself think that is fine because it's half a slice a oppose to 3 slices I ate before. This is discouraging!! My fear is to mess up.
