I was doing a revision from lapband and my surgeon won't do revisions to sleeve. He said that there's usually too much scar tissue where he needs to cut and where you need to heal, so the bypass was the best option.

I revised to gastric bypass and I feel great (3 weeks post-op). I had terrible port pain and I'm so glad to have that thing out of me!!

I went to a show yesterday and I had plenty of room to spare in the seat!

I had to buy a bathing suit this weekend . . . ugh! I went into the dressing room with one and had to go back out to the rack twice to get smaller sizes. I'm down 45 lbs and I don't think my mind has caught up with the size that I need to be in.

I now weigh less than the fake weight I put on my license years ago! Still somewhat scale related, but a big deal

I didn't say anything to my co-workers either and now people are noticing my weight loss (28 lbs so far). I don't want to talk about it at work and I'm cringing at the thought of people asking questions.
