No its three protein drinks per day one lean cuisine with a bowl of cooked veggies… must stay under 1200cal. I'm down 10 pounds!! -

Hi I'm Melody and my sleeve date is in 10 days ....I'm excited and worried at the same time...am I doing the right thing? I'm on day 4 of my preoperative diet with no cheating.....lost 4 pounds already!!!! Will I ever be able to enjoy healthful food?

I meant alot on my plate -
Baby dishes and utensils.....I'm tricking myself....I feel like I have slot on my plate....I take my lean cuisine out of the box and put it on my plate.....13 days til I'm sleeved!!
