No its three protein drinks per day one lean cuisine with a bowl of cooked veggies… must stay under 1200cal. I'm down 10 pounds!!

Hi I'm Melody and my sleeve date is in 10 days ....I'm excited and worried at the same time...am I doing the right thing? I'm on day 4 of my preoperative diet with no cheating.....lost 4 pounds already!!!! Will I ever be able to enjoy healthful food?
