Ok, being brave! Tomorrow is my 6 month surgiversary, and I'm down 81 pounds so far. Finished the Color Run yesterday and thought it would be fun to compare this year's post-run picture to the one from last year. I couldn't have gotten the tutu around one thigh last year!

My journey is just beginning I have hit stall after stall but I am not giving up. I been at a stall for about a month, some days are better than others. At times I can eat very little and be good all day and some days I feel like I can eat a lot more. I do workout 6 days a week for the most part.

Asparagus was a NO, Rice is a No. Noodles are a Nope. Um this could go on and on. I keep trying a bite or two of rice and go Karen Carpenter.

????I was dealing with an issue on here and got some snark back myself. It honestly felt like people wanted to fight or Bully perhaps even shame. The blessings were in the kindness of the few that understood and let me know that this journey would take many unexpected twist and turns. I try to find the positive people who look to build each other up than tear one another down.
