  1. I have been having moments where i start sweating and feeling so hot, and i become so nauseated and tired. Has anyone felt this way since surgery?
  2. Hi everyone, i have been exercising 6 days a week and 2 hours a day. Two weeks ago i ate 800-900 calories per day and lost 7lbs, then last week i eat about 500-600 per day and only lost 3lbs. My question is how many calories is everyone eating, how much exercise are you doing, and can you see a difference in your weight lose per week?

  7. Hello everyone, My name is Leanora and the first photo is my highest weight at 439 and the second one was taken today at my 3 month anniversary at 320lbs.
  8. I'm so proud of us! As of today at 3 month, i have lost 62lbs since surgery, but since my journey started in January 2014 I've lost 119lbs. This is only the beginning for us!

  10. My clothes have become to big too and my weightloss coordinator suggested buying sweatpants, leggings, and other cheap clothing because i will only be in them for about a month before having to buy more.
  11. Congratulations! I understand where you are coming from because when i started my journey i was 439 lbs, then at surgery i was 383 lbs. Now since my gastric bypass on December 15, 2014 I'm down to 331.
  12. Hello everyone, just checking to see how everyone that had their surgery in December was doing? I had mine on December 15 and I'm down 52 lbs since surgery.
  13. I'm 10 weeks out and i get my 60-65 grams in by having my premier protein shake for breakfast which is 30 grams of protein. Then for snack i will have a greek yogart. Then lunch i have a small chill from Wendy's. Next a banana for my next snack. Then for dinner i may have a tysons grill filet breast and vegetables. Thats my total today and it was 65 grams of protein and 657 calories.
  14. I've been using MOM once a week and making sure to drink plenty of water, and it helps alot.
  15. Being able to run without giving out, buying new clothes, traveling more, and improving my sex life with my husband!
  16. Here I am at 5 weeks and I'm down 31lbs, and I'm wondering is the normal weightloss for 5 weeks?
  17. Hi, I'm five weeks today! My surgery was Dec 15th and I'm down 31lbs. I'm doing good food wise, I'm still struggling with get all the water down. I'm going through a dumping right now, and I will never try honey nut Cheerios again. They don't have a lot of sugar and I had skim milk, but now I'm nauseated, having heat flashes, and running to the restroom. I have learned my lesson!
  18. Be careful when you take milk of magnesia! I took it and it snook up on me in my sleep, and let's say I almost had to change my sheets!
  19. I have lost 25lbs in two weeks after my surgery and it seems as if I have stopped losing weight! What do I need to do to get going again.
  20. I had mine on December 15 and I totally understand how you feel. I had a oz of mushy collards and pureed Mac and cheese and it felt like it just got stuck in and I had to make myself throw it back up because I was so nauseated and after I did I was much better. I am going to try the stage three baby food.
  21. I had mine on the 15th also and I have pain in my lower stomach while sitting and laying down at times. My surgeon said that my stomach is still healing and it adjusting to the change in food! I have been losing at a steady pace and am down 22lbs in two weeks.
  22. I'm doing great! Just had my 2week post op check up and I'm down 20lbs. I'm also starting to walk more! How is everyone else doing?
  23. Just left my surgeon's office for my 2week post op and I'm down 20lbs since my surgery on 12/15. I'm so excited!
