Still a little pain. Getting up is getting easier... How is everyone else doing?

I able to walk better and the pain isn't so bad until its bedtime or I'll wake up in the middle of the night hurting. I called my doctor and he just told me to take a dose of pain meds before bed and to set my alarm to wake me up when my next dose of pain meds is do so I don't wake up hurting.

Me too. Seem to do well during day and at night I have spasms. So I finally made it upstairs and took a shower. Took a lot of energy out of me lol. Trying my best to drink the liquid protein (isopure). Today we get full liquids but I haven't tried anything lol...

Hi everyone, just checking in to see how everyone is doing!

I am feeling great! Down 31 lbs, still very gassy and have a hard time with plain water, but other than that I am on my way!

How are you doing?
