I had RNY on Dec 19

Hi everyone! I'm one month post op and I've been feeling great since day one but I have uncontrollable burping! It's starting to really freak me out that I can be in public and let it out. For example this morning I've been burping for 30 mins straight. If I don't let it out, I feel the pain. Anyone experience this? What did you do?

My liquid diet is two days before surgery and no protein shakes are allowed

Hi! I'm getting bypass on Friday and my nerves are taking over me as I get closer. I'm sure this is all normal! But I'm just all over the place with emotions. Vets: Have you had a moment of regret? How truly happy are you now and how has your life changed?

So today I finished everything I had to do and the last thing was payments and registered at the hospital. I'm 9 days away from the surgery and it's really starting to hit me. I guess I went with the emotions before and now it's sinking it. Im so nervous !! It's all good emotions and excitement! Does anyone feel like this? ... 6 days till the liquid pre op diet!

Hi!! I feel like my surgeon is the only one that requires a 2 day liquid diet! How long is your pre-op diet??
