My blood pressure and sleep apnea were definitely a factor!! I have to go fro my testing Blood cardio Nutrionist and a couple of more things but it is going to move fast The insurance only takes a few days to be approved:w00t: Im doing it and Im excited

OK, so I did it, I made the call. My consult is 9/16 with Dr. Paayal Mehta. Im so excited. How long after your first consult does it take to get banded. What kind of time frame are we looking at?

So I have a silly question, does the band force you to eat less?

I called Vytra today and they cover the surgery!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG Im estatic. I know it's a lot ot ask bu can anyone explain to me what to expect?? I know I would go for some testing but what about your diet before surgery?? what is required?? what about after surgery, is it a one day surgery or do you stay overnight?? Can you eat after having this surgery, even after your recover.:tongue_smilie:

Hi everyone, thank you for much information regarding the surgery, Im from Port jeff station and trying to find a good Dr. Im currently 5' 4" and about 206. DO you think I would qualify My DH is with FDNY and we have VYTRA, anyone know if they cover this?

Im fat............Im depressed. Im 5' 4" and 210 pounds. Do I qulaify for lapband?? If so, I have vytra insurance. Does anyone know if they cover the procedure??? I believe I have sleep apnea but no other health issues that I know of beside PCOS Help........please:frown:
