I've never had gout before so I didn't know why I was having excruciating pain on my foot. My PA said that I'm not drinking enough water to flush out any excess Uric acid. Anyone else have this problem? It's hard because I don't know what to eat that is not high in Purines. -

Calling all Sleeve experts! I had my surgery on Dec 15th. Can I eat chia seeds? I also am taking HBP meds and an aspirin for a blood thinner.
