  1. @@Big_Mama It's a nice change
  2. @@UnbeSleevEable85 mine still does going on 3 months just not as bad now, my whole process wasn't as bad as some, some people lose handfuls, mine was just annoying! Nothing worse than wet hair clinging to you in the shower! Yuck! @@CanyonBaby Thanks love! Now where is your picture?!
  3. @@Java91 Oh you will be doing it before you know it! Just watch! @@jane13 Thank you. You will
  4. That my hair was going to shed for a couple months! That was nice to know so it wasn't a shocker. I wish someone would have told me about the surgery earlier in life but hey I'm living it up now so no complaints
  5. Today was the first day I got back in the gym since having my surgery in November. I got on the dreaded treadmill expecting to be holding on to the side rials for dear life like before and to my astonishment I was able to do 45 mins on incline and NOT one time did I have to hold on to those stinking rails!! It's a modern day miracle! Losing 91 lbs has made a humongous diffence! And Here I thought one of my legs was longer than the other and therfore causing me go sideways all this time! It's amazing how much you begin to not hate the mirrors so much in the gym. Feeling blessed.
  6. I still do that at times. I just figure I eat too much to fast. It doesn't always happen but it feels better to get it out. I don't burp as much as I use to but something's I think maybe it's blocked a burp in and that could be why.
  7. Yay! Another MO. Girl! Awesome job!
  8. Wing it do the best you can to be accurate but there's no way they can actually go and check. They just want to see that you have tried other avenues and what results you achieved. Obviously they didn't work for the long term but they want to know you aren't just opting for surgery before anything else. Good luck!
  9. @@AussieSam I think it depends on the person and body type, I've lost over 80 lbs and haven't exercised at all. My body just seems to be shrinking evenly. It also has to do with age and skin. I know people who exercise everyday and I've lost more and I also know people who have lost more than me.
  10. I just went on a small road trip and brought some beef jerky and almonds. When I go through a McDonald's if I get anything I just request a grilled chicken breast and some honey mustard to dip. Subway is always good to stop for a salad with meat and cheeses. I usually go really light on the veggies and request extra meat.
  11. Me too! I use Splenda and I'm down almost 80 lbs in a little over 5 months. I guess it Affects people differently.
  12. Yikes! Sorry to hear that!
  13. I'm sorry you felt bad but are you sure they were really repulsed by you? That's really surprising to me, being in the medical field myself we see TONS of Crap on A daily basis that would blow some peoples minds. Scars wouldn't even phase me. I guess if she was brand new to the scene maybe? That's so strange. Maybe she just has a perma-bitch Face and it's very gentle. Try not to take much offense to it. Maybe she was just having a really bad day. It's not a good excuse to Make people feel uncomfortable but it happens in any profession. Good thing it over huh! Trust me I don't even know what your body looks like but I can tell you it's nothing compared to a 3rd degree burn victim that's burned over 70% of their body. I'm sure your beautiful just the way you are
  14. Sorry it's sad for you! It can get aggravating at times but you will get use to it. You just need to find something you enjoy more than eating to take your mind off of it!
  15. Well if you truly have 0 restriction then the surgery it's pretty much pointless. Did you ever have restriction?
  16. I was weak too and didn't exercise. I've lost 79 lbs now without it but when you feel better you should. Don't make yourself sick over it though. Pay close attention To what your eating.
  17. That reminds me that I was going to make a post and give them away if somebody wants to pay the shipping. I used a couple and realized it just wasn't going to happen. I will keep the b-12 seeing as how it's been up my nose
  18. Nascobal is a prescription vitamin service. I got the info from my surgeon and was approved through my insurance for the program 25 bucks a month for the multivitamin, calcium, iron and b-12 nose spray. I hate the vitamins! They make me ill but most do. You may have luck with them though?
  19. I eat a quest bar..every stinking morning!
  20. You have to live a little! I feel like my quest bars are a cheat. Sometimes I will take a bite of my kids ice cream but I never order one for myself. I wouldn't be able to eat it anyway so it's nice to just have a bite or two and hand it back
  21. I do this all the time. I just stop eating and walk.
  22. Oh of course you can if you do the work! I'm down over 70 lbs in 5 months. All from what I eat!
