  1. Oh and BTW if anyone has a cure for the flabby arms I'm all ears! Whole other subject....
  2. @@sleevenv Exactly! Luckily no one was ever mean to me, maybe because I was too big and scary I've always had friends ect it's mainly the way outsiders react. Being visible is good
  3. @@madferitchick Thank you so much, no I don't mind at all I'm 169 and 5'8. @@Babbs Thank you girl! You do too as always!
  4. Yes, I cut that crazy shedding hair off too!! I'm going to have to get some better before pictures. I didn't keep any around but my mom loves me no matter what so she keep all that nonsense
  5. So this is my latest update, I know I haven't done one in a long time. The picture of me overweight sadly is not even me at my highest (301lbs) , the other one is last night. Sorry classic mirror picture but that's all I can do when I'm by myself and my aunts want updates.
  6. @@The Candidate Thanks love! It has been quit the journey, but one I'd do over 1000 times if I had to.
  7. @@MissPam Thank you. I had my surgery on November 3rd ...8 months ago.
  8. I've noticed here lately that since losing a substantial amount of weight (90lbs) people (strangers) seem to be a lot more open and friendly. Nobody was ever mean to me before but now people go out of their way to strike up a conversation or hold doors ect.. little things like that. Then on the opposite end people I know seem to rather choke to death on a piece of glass than acknowledge the huge change I've made. Not all people just a few. It's not that I need acknowledgment or anything, I did this for myself but any time I notice a change like that in a person I say something! I'm kinda a big mouth too though. It seems women have a harder time complimenting other women for some reason. I wonder why that is? It doesn't take anything away from you to compliment another woman. Anyway just an observation.
  9. No just think protein. I can't really even use a cookbook I eat so little the portions are always way to much. After my kids and husband eat most of the rest gets tossed after a day or two. Funny thing I use to be the one eating all the leftovers. I realize that now.
  10. You start living for yourself. The rest will have no choice but to fall in line or not...not your problem.
  11. Yep 40 Triple D to a 32 D. I'm ok with it but I'm getting them bigger soon as I get done losing weight. I've always had big boobs so I want them back! Just keep the smaller waist size and DD. I'm built to handle it.
  12. It changes but you get use to it. Eventually you will just eat a few bites of whatever. You can still socialize and eat you will just get to talk more because your mouth won't stay full The whole time!!!
  13. @@diana89131 Hey we started at the same weight! You look great!
  14. That particular one is my daughters I try to stick with the turkey cheese one but whatever...
  15. I am LOVING the Smithfield meat and cheese rolls they have a Walmart now! If you can find them grab some they are only a buck a piece.
  16. Just ask her. Don't drive yourself crazy over it. I'm One of those people who will straight out ask you if "we" have a problem. I'm blunt but it takes the guess work out of it.
  17. I'm happy with my sleeve, I don't wish for anything else.
  18. @@judyoz I just started as in a week ago. I didn't exercise at all until now.
  19. Yes and it hurts! Especially if you can't burp fast enough.
  20. No skipping! You can do two more It better than getting a blood clot. You can do it!
  21. @@CanyonBaby Thank you! @@proudgrammy lol! Your so silly! I've been doing some contract nursing so super busy!
