  3. I only take vitamins D. Which is a small pill and my stomach can handle. I do watch what I eat, with lupus and ra, my body hurts too much to exercise. But I do go out and walk.

  6. I had the sleeve surgery 4 years ago. I lost 118 pounds. But, I’ve since gained 30 back. Has anyone had a sleeve modification? I have horrible out of control GERD and I take many different kind of medication with no relief.
  7. I should get more exercise daily as well. I haven't gained any weight. But I haven't lost any either. Maybe I should start again with the Protein shakes. I'm just curious to see what everyone has gone through post surgery and more weight loss. Does it depend on how much weight one started with? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  9. I had sleeve surgery October of 2014. I was at 308 at my heaviest. I lost 113 pounds so far. I still have about 40 pounds to lose. I am so damn hungry all the time, it's like I never got the surgery. At least it doesn't feel the same, I don't get fool soon, like I use to. I'm so irritated because just in 4 months it will be my 2 year mark. What can I do? Has anyone else gone through this? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  12. Nausea for days or weeks is normal. Everyone is different. I was not only nauseous, but also experienced dehydration due to vomiting so much, and not because I was overeating. I actually am still going through baby steps incorporating food, here and there and it's been 9 months post surgery. You'll get better soon!
  13. Had sleeve surgery Oct 2014 and I've lost 100 pounds. Question is what to do to get ride of the saggy neck that's left behind from a double chin! It's really frustrating!!! Any suggestions?
  14. I'm definitely slowing down now... And thank you! It feels great! After the surgery I had an issue with my gallbladder and they had to go back in a remove it. I was in and out of the hospital since last October. I'm feeling much better now! ☺️
  15. Thank you so much for the info. I'll check it out
  16. I only give myself shots of vitamin B12 per my rheumatologist and vitamin D, but that's all. I haven't found the one multivitamin that will go well with my stomach. I'm still not eating that well. But I'll try, I guess to get a chewable multivitamin, and we'll see if it works Thanks
  17. Oh okay, I'll check it out! Thanks
