I had sleeve surgery October of 2014.

I was at 308 at my heaviest. I lost 113 pounds so far.

I still have about 40 pounds to lose.

I am so damn hungry all the time, it's like I never got the surgery.

At least it doesn't feel the same, I don't get fool soon, like I use to.

I'm so irritated because just in 4 months it will be my 2 year mark.

What can I do? Has anyone else gone through this?

I'm 2 years out &struggling. I refuse to give up. I've put back on 25 lbs & it's because I eat the wrong stuff. My ability to eat more than 8 oz at a sitting is still there. At least that's a good thing. I'm just trying to get back in the habit of weighing & measuring everything. Once I broke my good eating habits it was a downhill slide. Not a good thing!

I should get more exercise daily as well.

I haven't gained any weight. But I haven't lost any either.

Maybe I should start again with the Protein

shakes.

I'm just curious to see what everyone has gone through post surgery and more weight loss.

Does it depend on how much weight one started with?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
