  2. I had one in September about 5 weeks after my sleeve and I have another one now. My dr. says she doesn't think it is related, but I maybe have had only 5 or 6 in my life before these two. I almost always getl of my Water in, so I don't know why I keep getting them now.

  6. @@Babbs Thanks for the information. I had my surgery 8/10 and have only lost the 10 lbs from my pre-op diet and 12 more since surgery, with 10 of that being in the first week. Getting a little frustrated. I am try to figure out if I am super carb sensitive (I am getting under 15 grams per meal like my NUT told me too) or if I do need to increase calories. I currently get between 700-1000 a day with about an 800 average. I go back to my dr. On the 25th, but I really wanted to lose more before then. I am trying to walk/jog more and I start yoga tomorrow (with the trainer's blessing)
  7. I was sleeved 8/10 and have been stalled at 10 lbs since 1 week out. Proteins good, carbs good, need more water, but frustrated.

  10. I used Dr. Richards. I almost switched clinics because the insurance lady and a few others are slower than slow, but I am glad I stayed so far, I am 9 days post op right now. I went back to my desk job on day 3 post op and I have been fine. Good luck!

  13. Still have a lot of gas pain when I drink liquids. Hopefully that will go away soon. I am on full liquids so I did just successfully eat a Greek yogurt with almost no discomfort. Taking that as a major win.
  14. Best of luck to you. I am 40 too and had my sleeve 2 days ago. The rest of our lives are ahead!
  15. They were out, but I have them at home.
  16. I knew to expect my weight to go up right after surgery due to fluids etc... But how long does it usually take to start seeing the scale go down? I am only one day post op right now.

  20. They said it doesn't so glad you are out. I had a bunch of shoulder pain too. It only Lasted a day for me. Have you been walking? Try to walk once you get up and walk nothing can stop you. Popsicles are a good idea too if you get sick of ice chips. Remember you've got this. Do they have Popsicles at the hospital?
