  1. It's all surgeons preference and what they were taught. I don't think there's any right or wrong way.
  2. It's not crazy it will help you adapt after surgery. It's not "fun" but I'm thankful I did the two weeks. I think it helped me prepare, oh and my liver Wasn't fat and in danger during surgery....keep at it.
  3. They are just trying to cover butt.
  4. Worst was day 3&4 by day 7 I was good.

  6. I was scheduled for two hours. Talk time maybe 15-20 mins the rest was tests.
  7. Be happy your body is adjusting give it a break you will lose again.
  8. I didn't start taking mine until after surgery but mine wasn't low. You can try something else but I would go with whatever your surgeon says.

  15. I know there are a lot of people who have gone that had a fantastic experience. I haven't heard much bad. Hopefully they will read this!
  16. I take a high potency multivitamin with minerals, b-12, biotin, calcium, super b complex, and I was taking zinc but it makes me sick so I stopped that.
  17. Drink the "smooth move" tea!!! It works like a charm, you should be able to find it at Walmart. Just drink a glass before you go to bed

  19. Wls does some crazy things to your hormones..it can defiantly mess with your periods.
  20. Wow some of you could benefit from a puff or two...pissy much?!! Lol!!! Are you in a legal State? If so ask your DR. I don't smoke it but my brother is a marijuana grower in Colorado. A lot of people do/can benefit from it. I'm not sure about after WLS though. If my brother ever gets the surgery I'll let Ya know
  21. I don't have one my diet is so basic protein first so that usually fills me up. If you find any good ones pass it on!
