  1. That's scares me! That's exactly what I don't want to happen! I would be your buddy but I'm still in that stage so I don't know how much help I would be...I would probably just be annoying
  2. I never cheated. You just have to stay strong!
  3. I was 267 so not as big...congrats on getting approval! I love my sleeve
  4. That's great. I wish I had mine done when I was 18!
  5. That's low but is your surgeon reputable? Do you think he would do surgery on you if he felt it were unsafe? If your questioning that you probably don't Have a lot of trust for him, I wouldn't let someone cut on me that I didn't fully trust.
  6. You're welcome! Looks like we started out at the same weight!
  7. Take it slow. You will work your way up to more as your stomach heals. Congrats!
  8. I love vitacost! They are the best!
  9. I had my surgery 3 month after my first meeting...yes I had some pain the first week, yes it was completely worth it ...to me.
  10. My daughter has began to eat healthier with me, we cook together ect...but she's not big she's 13 5'6 and 116. I love it but sometimes the things she says about her weight now and what she should eat is borderline wrong. She almost wants to eat JUST like me and she can't do that I have to remind her that the way I eat (amounts) is not healthy for her. She's getting it. I like that nutrition and health is on her mind though!
  11. I think I'm even more outgoing (if possible) I'm not shy or reserved. I'm also not afraid to speak up in public because I'm afraid of what I may look like (weight wise) I'm not even done yet I'm still 202 lbs but you can't tell my brain that, it thinks I'm 150 and ready to streak through the campus! Ring the alarm!!!
  12. That's doesn't sound normal. Yes you should call your surgeon. Also if you don't already have one ask for a prescription for a PPI.
  13. Same as yours only I didn't have to wait 60 days I could do regular after the purée/mushy stage as tolerated.
  14. No but if you do and like them keep me updated!
  15. Depends on what your planning to do there...no crazy rides and junk food. It's good for walking. Take snacks your allowed and enjoy friend time.
  16. Ha! I go through that too at times. It's not unusual maybe frustrating Though just think of all the calories your not eating!
  17. It's weird and I'm In no way telling you to binge but sometimes upping your calories and carbs can actually cause you to drop some weight. Good thing you recognize it as bad and are changing it! Way to go!
  18. That's awesome! Congrats!!
  19. @@emma88 Insure nutrition is one you can check into.
  20. Ok I've decided I can't do the zinc...makes me ill, I can't stand the calcium tablet to powder consistence eww. So I'm liking the multivitamin and nose spray. I doubt I will get another months supply. It was worth the try though.
