  1. I always take my vitamins after I eat/ drink something, if not I get deathly ill and will throw them back up.
  2. It's ever changing. I still have those days and I'm 5 months out.

  4. It's normal, sounds like your getting back on it so no worries
  5. @@GARYG I had pain. The thing that really helped me was my abdominal binder, it helped tremendously with getting up and positioning .
  6. Your probably living on the glycogen stored in your body. It will eventually run out you will need to drink/eat protein and get your vitamins...
  7. @@chaggard If your drinking a lot of protein especially in the pre-op stage it can cause constipation, even though it's liquid protein can still stop up the old pipes
  8. Good luck on your up coming surgery! The wait will be worth it

  12. Mine was just a bunch of questions I'm not diabetic and didn't have any health issues so I didn't even have blood drawn...just talk.

  14. It really all depends on your recovery. I had my surgery on a Monday and was back at school the following Monday. I was fine. I wore my binder for support.
  15. Make sure you alternate sites, don't stick yourself in the same place over and over again.
  16. Congrats on your surgery and weight loss thus far. Only suggestion for eating is keep at it..it gets better as time passes. Focus on your fluids for sure
  17. @@amz85 No, no I did not "breeze" through recovery...it hurt...a lot BUT after a week it was much better and 5 months later it's forgotten Along with 65 lbs so....keep your chin up!
  18. I liked refried beans with sour cream, cheese, avocado smashed up ect...
  19. Don't stress it will all be fine. Relax or keep busy if it helps by getting everything together that you will need in advance. Good luck to you!
