Well if you try to eat real foods your body will stop you real quick. So hang in there it gets better.

Don't try the energy drink bang. It will kick your butt

Oh and on water I was never able to consume what they told me to consume. So drink as much as you can and that's all you can do. I had my surgery in 2014 and it was the best thing I ever did. No regrets with the exception of I wish I had done it sooner.

First things first. Never trust a fart. It won't be a fart. Secondly , be ready for clothes to not fit any longer. It is going to happen fast but don't buy to much at once. You will hit a stall but it's normal. Finally if you haven't had a bit poop yet you will and it will be mostly water and like a gusher.

I personally love Codine or Norco. If I take anything else, it causes my stomach to bleed when I poop.

I am so glad I did this surgery in 2014. The weight is still off and I feel amazing.
