  1. I can relate I bought miniature reses peanute butter cups for my son, which I don't usually do. I've been stressed the last couple of days, and I like peanut butter cups. I at about ten of them yesterday and am paying for it today. My stomach is extremely upset. So my vow is to not do that again.
  2. My weight this morning is 177

  5. I'm. Eleven months out and had been losing three pounds a month for the last couple of months. I realized that I had been letting my carbs sneak up to around 140 a day, brought them back to between ninety and 100 and lost three pounds this past week. So look at what you are eating.
  6. I would definitely recommend the sleeve. It's a lot of work, but well worth it.
  7. I used Miralax, when I experienced constipation in the beginning. Now I eat a couple of prunes in the morning, if I need something to get me moving.
  8. Steph my weight as of yesterday was 180. Thanks
  9. 11months out 1,000 to 1,200 calories
  10. Eleven months out. I have a low calorie English muffin with some sort of cheese on top or peanut butter. Occasionally it's a home made egg mcmuffin with turkey bacon. Lunch is varied, greek yogurt and a small banana, chicken and a small salad,a chicken fajita with beans, but no tortilla. 2 snacks one is usually cottage cheese. Sometimes nuts or cheese and crackers or yogurt or turkey meatballs. Supper is some sort of protein with about1/4 cup/1/2 cup of veg. Occasionally 1/2 cup of potato or rice. I occasionally have sugar free ice pops and sugar free pudding or jello.
  11. By a year out you should be able to eat a cup of food for sure. I remember being only able to eat a few table spoons of food in the beginning as well. It gets better.
  12. I had a BMI of 50 and I was off blood pressure medicine a month after surgery.
  13. I'm eleven months out and can eat 3 OZ of meat and up to a half cup of veg. Or a cup of food at a time. Or equivalent.

  15. I was pretty pain free with my C-sections and had little pain after the first couple of days with the Gastric sleeve.

  17. Steph,I would like to join the challenge. My weight right now 181 and my goal by end of July is 175
  18. I 'be lost sixty pounds in the last ten months! So for you to lose thirty pounds in six weeks is fantastic! I just seem to be a slower loser. Even so I made my one year percentage goal in seven months. I also lost thirty before surgery, so sounds like you'll have no problem making your goals.
  19. I'm eleven months out, at five months out I started losing hair. It only lasted a couple of months.
  20. I'm eleven months out. One cup of food is the most I can eat. Or 3 oz of protein and 1/4-1/2 cup vegetable. I can eat a small piece of cake and obviously some foods are easier to digest than others. Tough meat is still an issue.
