  8. I feel at times like I am on an emotional roller coaster, however I was prepared for this. I know that if I am in a funk today, that I should feel better tomorrow. I also eat carbs, not a lot,but some. They're part of the diet that I follow.
  9. Boopgwee. I have been losing an average of 5-8 pounds, but I'm a pretty slow loser. I've lost 42 pounds in not quite 5 months.
  10. Well, I had nausea and vomiting in the hospital, had to stay an extra day, plus I'm losing my hair. I got over the throwing up in a day and got a pixie cut for my hair. This surgery is worth it. I've lost over seventy pounds, can move around so much better and am off my blood pressure medication . I would do it again in a heartbeat.

  14. I am one pound away, from Nederland. Looking forward to that step.
  15. I've lost head hair. So I cropped it,and that made my hair look thicker. I haven't noticed if I've lost pubic hair, or not. It didn't seem to affect my excess facial hair any????.
  16. I was very motivated over the summer and was walking for 40 minutes a day.7 days a week. I'm down to four days a week of step aerobics. Thirty minutes at a time. You just have to make your self.
  17. You are definitely not too old. I had the sleeve in July at 52 and immediately had health benefits, like no more blood pressure medication.asthma Ned's, and am no longer pre diabetic. I am alittle baggier and wrinkled than I want to be, but it's a good trade off.

In particular big chunky necklaces. I do like clothes, but am still shrinking so wearing a mix of old and new. I did do a happy dance when I bought size eighteen chinos. I started off at a 28/30 .
  21. I haven't done this about food, yet, but I've been a non smoker for almost eight years and I dream about smoking! Especially since surgery this past summer.
