I really shouldnt complain.....i have a good week then a bad week ect ect ect. Counting my 2 week pre-op diet, Im into this for 14 weeks and have lost 71 lbs.......thats still a 5 pound a week average.

5 lb a week average.....I hate you.

built2livenotexist........if you take away my pre diet loss and my 1st week loss when I was on clear liquids, Ive only lost 41 in 11 weeks.....thats a little over 3.5 lbs a week....which still isnt bad but it isnt flying off me either. I should go back to an all liquid diet......but my NUT would have a cardiac arrest!! LOL
