Well 1 month down and I got my first fill. They put 2cc in. Now liquids for 2 days and pureed for 2 days. But I'm down 33 pounds and I'm cleared to go to the gym. Finally! I was banded on December 1st.

Okay I'm now 2 weeks post Op. liquids only is over Thank God! I'm down 30 pounds! Pretty excited about that. I just can't wait to get back to strength training. Now I'm onto mushy/pureed food for two weeks. Just wanted to pop in and update everyone. I will update again in 2 weeks.

I am 5 months post op and still don't drink like I did preop. I can certainly drink more than 2 weeks out but I can't chug or take big gulps of Water.< /p>

Don't know as every person and their stomach is different . But, theres nothing wrong with just sipping all day. . As long as your getting your liquid in, just keep sipping and then see what happens when you drink a little more. I still can't drink anything cold in the AM, it will come right back up. But I have no problems in the PM with cold stuff. Good luck !

Congrats on your date I was banded on Monday you won't regret it
