  3. I'm so sorry that happened. We can all relate, but the pain is intensely personal I know. Make it a goal after surgery after losing weight to go back and ride that ride to the end. It'll be a way of replacing the bad memory with a good one. Good luck and best wishes!

  11. Welcome! Good luck on your journey to surgery! My process didn't require a two week liquid diet. Only one day of clear liquids, water, broth, sugar free Popsicles and the like. But I was required to lose 10% of my weight before surgery.
  12. Nearly the crack of dawn - 8am. Final weigh in and paperwork. Going to try and get a good night's sleep tonight. How are you feeling? Getting in your water okay?
