  8. Thanks guys! Feeling better. Everyday is improvement. Only 4:30am but just so much time you can stay in bed without going stir crazy, so went walking. Hope my doctor gets here no later than 9 am and releases me, so I can detach myself from IV, drain, and pain pump. It was tough, but absolutely no regrets. Ready to start my new healthy life! ????
  9. Yes in hospital now. Had bypass on 29th. Should go home tomorrow. Yours is coming up right?
  10. It's hard to get in and out of bed but having no problem walking. It hurts when I breathe though and on front left side under ribs. Took gasx seems a bit better. They let me take a shower and that was the best! Doctor says I should be able to go home tomorrow. Very tired. Thanks @@dbfn!

  17. I tell you what helped me with the waiting was getting an old fashioned paper calendar and then crossing off each day as it passed. Just a little psychological boost. Congrats!

  19. My throat didn't hurt from the anesthesia tube, but it was dry and scratchy from not being allowed water for the first day.
