Hi had my rny done October 25 2014 start weight 305 down to 258 I also have instagram would love to have friends who are going though all the changes and what not @itskariduh

I was getting questioned in inboxes why I had surgery so I finally just posted that yea I had gastric I'm not ashamed I'm proud I was scared but I'm glad I did it I will now be adding my progress on instagram as I have nothing to hide @itskariduh let's be friends

So I have been out for a month and and a week and have only lost maybe about 30 pounds I feel like I haven't lost anything and it gets me down to not see a change does or did anyone else feel the sane way? Instagram @Itskariduh
