10.5 months out and 135 lbs lost. My before pic is on my profile! Started at 320 and now I'm at 185 (I should mention that I am 5'9). Started at a size 22-24 and now I'm fitting in 8's. I'd like to lose another 15 but the weight loss has come to a standstill. But I am not complaining, 135 lost in less than 11 months is more than I ever expected. I love my sleeve!

Every one looks great

For those only a few weeks out I just want t o show you what 4 weeks can do to your face. And my knee high boots are loose when I used to struggle to zip them. The weight starts falling off in strange places! I started my journey on Dec 4th at 334lb and now at 6 1/2 weeks out am down 46lb and feeling fabulous! I don't see a difference in picks of my body but I know it's changing. Keep motivated!!!

Hi again y'all!
Hit my one year surgi-versary on Wednesday & I'm now down 100lbs! Feels surreal. This hasn't been easy but I'm thrilled with my progress thus far.

2 months post op and 45lbs gone !

You look great!! We have the same body type...I'm also 5'7. I'm just starting the process at 308. My problem area is my stomach, I carry most of my weight there...did find that your stomach went down as you lost weight? It is so hard picturing myself after I lose the weight...but seeing your pic gives me hope ????

I didn't take any body pics yet. but this is just a 6 week difference in the face! love my sleeve!!!

16 weeks difference. 58 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sleeved 8 months ago and I'm down 79 lbs. My HW was 255, CW is 176, and GW is 147. So I have 29 pounds until I hit my goal weight! WHOOHOO!

Thanks everyone for sharing! Very inspiring and motivating... In the process and looking forward to a sleeve in May/June.

I was a year out as of Dec 11, 2014 - over the weekend was with some gf and tried on dresses... got to say I smiled ear to ear when i zipped up a size 6 & their voices all said WOW!!!

Me the night before flying to San Diego for surgery, and 5 months after surgery... Surgery date 8-26-2014

It will be 5 months on Feb 4th since surgery and 80lbs since Feb 2014. So grateful!!!

The pix in light blue is me at about 280-something...(not quit sure but 284 is mi highest recorded weight.) The royal blue is me at 11 weeks post op. The pic of me running was taken in 2013 after i had lost 30 pounds i weighed in at 254 the morning after the run (5k). In the pink i am 225(today) and i just finished a jog. I'm training for a 5k in Feb.

You r doing great!!!! I'm 16 weeks post op.I used to compare myself to others in the beginning, but we are all different and we will eventually get to our goal. Keep up the great work!
