August post op sleevers: Check in

I'm sorry that so many people are having constipation issues that was one of my fears prior to the procedure as I dealt with the issue during my pregnancy. I am happy to report that I am very regular in the bathroom department I have a BM every other day. Good luck to you all with that.

  8. @ reginasjourney I know everyone's weight loss is different I just feel like at this point I should've seen more results I've spoken to my NUT twice and will physical meet with her this week at my dr appt I have to be honest I'm really starting to regret this permanent situation thanks and I will try to stay positive continued luck and blessings to you!
  9. @ reginasjourney I too eat 800-1000 calories a day doing 40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and I consume 80-100g of protein a day but still the weight is coming off too slow for me. I'm so frustrated.....
  10. @ reginasjourney how many calories do you consume a day. How much carbs protein and fat do you get in. Are you exercising and are you eat regular foods or still on soft. I'm just curious because your doing amazing and mine is coming off soooo slow
  11. 17 down since surgery and most of that was the first week, was stalled for 3 weeks and the scale is only inching down 1 pound here .5 pounds there I must say I'm very disappointed. I'm 6 weeks today and just thought I'd see better numbers. I have an appt this Thursday with my surgeon and NUT and I can't wait so far my NUT said to cut down on my cardio and I should see the scale move ???? really....so that's where I'm at!!!

    Alcohol intake

My dr recommends a year before alcohol is permitted. I never drink so that's not a problem for me

@ Karen Scott I try not to go over 60 grams of carbs per day some do even less than that I find that when I was eating over 100 grams per day my weight was stalled. I will be 6 weeks post op on Friday and was stalled since week 2-4 and that was torture!
