most alcoholic beverage have a lot of calories, the Dr. don't want to waste calories on drinks that's calories you can eat.plus you will get drunk faster it will run right though you,:omg: you will be the life of the party

hey wayne sorry to hear that u are not feeling well after 2 weeks out. a lot of it sounds like gas pain but If you have a fever you might have a infection, I would try taking gas x .HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER

I had my first PB on a smart one lemon chicken meal what the heck I always eat chicken. weel lesson learn I want do that meal again.

I have UHC Choice plus Texas I was approved in 7 days only requirement was a BMI over 40 approved no quest no weight history NOTHING , I live in Dallas I know exactly where the office is not sure if that why I was approved fast , but I heard that UHC is a easy and fast insurance company to deal with . GOOD LUCK

I offically made 1 week using the bodybugg I have loss 4.2lbs in 1 week this is the second best thing I could have done for myself 1st was lapband

so true aubrie my Dr. told me to eat my meat first then side Item because the meat will sit longer its heaiver and take longer to digest so you will fill full longer.

post opt 3 weeks and people are started to notice my weight lose I haven't told many people only DH, DS and 7 coworkers and other people have comment on my looking like I lose weight that feel so good almost as good as seeing the number on the scale go down .

Good job everyone aleast we have a plan now, who would have known I enjoyed exercising it feels so good afterward having more energy to play with my kids .

I started after my post opt appointment when my Dr. said it eas ok and that was 2 weeks post opt but cardio only no lifting for another 2 weeks , I riding a exercise bike for 45 min a day , and some days walk for 45 min. I can start power walking and jogging in 2 weeks and some lite weight lifting to firm things up

:omg:I was still out of it from the Meds I drove on day 5 and whenever I hit a bump It killed me, I was also a little light headed on day 1-3
