  2. You all are whiners I'm the WINNER
  3. Silly posters! That was not the real trophy. It was simply a decoy planted by me -The Winner. The real trophy is safely hidden....ha ha haha :sinister laugh:
  4. Hi slinky! If you have an iphone or ipod touch you can download it from the itunes store. In the search box type in couch 2 5k. once the page loads click on the app by felt tip inc. (the icon is a brown box with a white 5k) It's only $1.99
  5. I just dowloaded an awesome couch 2 5k app on my iphone that charts your days on the screen. It also allows you to listen to your own music and interrupts with verbal cues.
  6. First post Last post
  7. I equate getting on bhe scales with that of playing a slot machine at the Silver Star. I'm all like "come on red white and blue 7s!"
  8. I hold my nose and drink mine!
  9. Chantel: Don't go into the light! It's trying to suck you in! Girlfriend, you have a right to post your opinion without being subjected to personal attacks. Sometimes you just have to ignore it. They'll find another target or stick up for each other's posts. It still amazes me that as a group of people that have been ridiculed or discriminated against because of our weight, there are some among us that have the audacity to be hateful towards others. The mere fact that some on this rant think that another person's death is good makes me want to pb and start sliming. I guess the band restricts the stomach and not the asshole.:tongue2:
  10. Zaxby's salads are yummy. Bread is a turn off for me so I don't do burgers and fries. Taco bell pintos n cheese or cheesy potatoes go down ok.
  11. Dr. Schmitt is my surgeon as well. My experience with him has been great.
  12. I pray that what I am about to post does not sound as hateful as the original poster and his/her followers but to say good riddance to a life that God created is evil! Since life is that insignificant that we can't shed a tear or at least feel saddened when it is lost, then why try to preserve or extend your own or its quality through lap band surgery? What if your surgeon or insurance company said good riddance? Every life is to be valued and please be very careful of the Karma that you send out when you think that another person's death is "good." Please remember that you have loved ones. Suffering is always bad and karma is always a bitch... Rest in Peace M.J. and may God smile upon the good that you did for so many people.
